After graduating college from UP Diliman and working at Mondelez International, I became a property specialist at Ayala Land Premier back in 2015.
As I learned more about the real estate industry, I realized how important and essential it is, and the positive impact it can have for people if the right choices are made.
Now at 29 years old, I’m a full-time licensed real estate broker who enjoys meeting new people and helping them discover properties that are not only good homes, but also great investments.

We give unbiased recommendations and distribute products that come from well-established companies like Philam Life, Sun Life, ATRAM Inc., etc.
My parents have always been in the financial services industry, so I was exposed to the best practices early in life because of them.
But as I was starting, I was overwhelmed with all the different investment options available in the market. There were a lot - and it was difficult for me to decide what would be best.
But like any challenge, it was important to just start. I began mindfully investing my money while in high school, and learned many things along the way - from trading my first stock, to buying my own Ayala Land Premier property.
